First ramble up: The Walking Dead

Just going to say that I've been enjoying the fuck out of this back half of Season 4, the fact that our group has been split up throws the show into an even darker tone in my opinion as we can see that they're all just fucking lost without one another and the fact that Glenn was carrying Daryl's poncho, Maggie's photo and several other items so he could return them to their owners broke my heart.

I wept because of the most recent episode and I'm not ashamed to admit it, I also just want Daryl away from those fuckers and back with Rick.

The season finale is appearing in the UK on Monday and I hope my predictions are correct, I was right on the past two seasons.

Second Ramble Up: The Musketeers

The Musketeers is a wonderful program that I am so wrapped up in that it's only the second show I've ever used the bbc iplayer for. Aramis and Queen Anne is a lovely pairing and I support it but it should never have happened, D'artagnan and Constance make me ache on a regular occasion, Athos makes me want to wrap him up in a blanket and snuggle up with him with Porthos by my side.

This is one of the best BBC shows in a very long while, the fact that the women in the program are fucking strong as nails makes it even better and we see gender-reversal roles, especially when Constance protects Aramis with baby Henry.

I've had this opinion of Moffat since the start but recently more and more Sherlock/Doctor Who fans have also started to see this.

Moffat has to be one of the most arrogant 'writers' in Britain, seriously he just doesn't get that he isn't the best in the world nor does he add anything new to the fandoms that he talks shit about and takes the piss out of quite frequently.

The way he speaks about his adaption of Holmes is like he's somehow created the best version of Holmes, that every female character that Doyle introduced was boring and lacked background whilst he managed to create an 'oh-so-fab' female character called Molly Hooper; whom is actually quite dull herself when you really look at her.

I like Molly, I really do but Moffat is preaching that she's this incredible and revolutionary female character in the Sherlock world when she bloody well isn't. Moffat turned her from a girl that most of the population could sort of relate to, to a woman who is engaged to a reasonable bloke (Tom) but is still asking Sherlock out on a date in the very first episode lusting after the detective like a pathetic puppy. Turning her into a woman who emasculates her fiance in front of an entire wedding hall and spends most of her time staring daggers at any female that goes near Sherlock at said wedding even though her loved up and loyal fiance is standing right beside her unaware of her facial expressions that are hidden by the angle her head is at.

I don't understand why Moffat continued to write Molly in this manner, they could have kept her engaged, there wasn't any reason for her to still be into Sherlock other than for comedy effect which I know is the reason they made her engagement fail. It's such a load of bullshit because seeing Molly with her now smug smirk on her face doesn't make people like her or respect her anymore, it's incredibly irritating seeing her try to win Sherlock over when there was nothing of the sort in the stories.

In case you forgot, Moffat, Molly didn't actually exist in canon and if Sherlock were to, by some fucking miracle, be interested in somebody (male or female) then I think I can safely say that most of the fandom would like it to be a character that already existed in the canon material.

I have read thousands of articles where Moffat has blubbered on about bullshit Doctor Who/Sherlock storylines that have plot holes bigger than fricking Saturn and when my eyes cast downward towards the comment section I see nothing but fans wishing he would leave Doctor Who and leave Mark Gatiss to write Sherlock by himself as he seems to be the one who actually knows things about Sherlock Holmes whereas Moffat just makes shit up.

These are just a few of my own personal thoughts at the moment, I'm not writing all of them down because I'd be kicked off the site for saying what I truly think about this man's attitude.

Peter Capaldi finally has his outfit to show us and good grief, it reminds me so much of Jon Pertwee it's not even funny.

I really really really like his chosen outfit, it's different from all three previous New!Who Doctors and to quote Capaldi 'Rebel Time Lord' is basically what his outfit is. He works it very well but I'm so nervous for the episodes to start airing because I'm not a hundred percent sure about him, just yet.
But he's been a fan of Doctor Who since he was a kid and it was adorable with how excited he got when he received the call that he'd gotten the part. He is very adorable and a wonderful actor, especially in the BBC show 'The Musketeers'.
Also can I just point out how bloody awesome his trousers are? He looks like he's wearing Star Trek pants haha

I never had a problem with Mary Morstan; in fact she was my favourite Sherlock Girl in the books and Amanda's representation of her has made me fall in love with her character all over again. I know what's going to happen in the next episode.

I know.

And it's killing me.

I will just put it out there now that I was crying and grinning throughout the 50th Anniversary/Birthday of Doctor Who, I honestly loved the relationship between War Doctor, Ten and Eleven. Matt was the funniest which made me happier than anything because I was expecting Tennant to steal the limelight away from him considering how popular he was and still bloody is.
[Itsy Bitsy Spoiler Went Up The Fandom Again]
My heart ached so much when Tom Baker appeared at the end, he was the third Doctor I watched as a child and he loved his part as The Doctor, you could see his eyes welling up as he was about to leave and that was it, I was on the floor crying. And then The Five(ish) Doctors was on and efkjbdkgfnxdk.fsndk SYLVESTER MCCOY YOU CUTE LITTLE MAN. He is my Doctor. I mean all of them are my Doctor but he's.....mostly my Doctor is that makes any sense.

I love you Peter for writing that little treasure I've re-watched it about twenty times haha

Anyways I'm just popping in to say that I'm currently working on my own Doctor Who novel. I've been thinking about it for a while and now I'm actually going through with it; I've always wanted to write one and it's written for Eleven and Clara. I honestly couldn't stand to write another Rose story because I think Whovians have been bombarded with her recently.

I'm also writing a chaptered WhoLock fanfiction! Something I have wanted to do since Tom Baker's episode. I'm having so much fun writing about the characters I know! I love them, they're like my best friends :)

In other news.

SHERLOCK has finally been getting more screen time on the BBC, new trailers, photos, John released a new blog entry. And all of this blew up on the 50th for Doctor Who. It was like fucking Christmas for me I swear.

And can I just point out how brilliant an actor Martin Freeman is? Did you see the look in his eyes as he (possibly) looked at Sherlock? The hurt and disbelief.

I can't wait for December because I know that's when Sherlock may be starting up again, possibly on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day or New Years Eve.

Imagine yourself waking up in a time without mobile phones and you have to rely on letters and packages to arrive in the good time of the post, the sheer thrill of waiting for the time your parcels arrive is like nothing you experience when you receive and e-mail or a text message. Like your a bloody kid at Christmas you end up ripping your envelopes and wrapping paper apart to get to the mysterious treasure beneath.

Even if the treasure ends up to be a charity seeking help or just spam it still holds a certain charm for simply arriving in the post.

I am currently feeling this buzz.

I have ordered a bunch of gaming shirts - commas show separate shirts.

  • The Legend of Zelda ~ Lon Lon Ranch shirt {it's one of posters for the ranch you see in the game, Majora's Mask if I'm not mistaken}

  • Sherlock ~ I Am Sherlocked {BBC} , Evolution of Sherlock {BBC}, Sherlock and Watson silhouette {Jeremy Brett and David Burke version}

  • Pokémon ~ Pikachu, Gengar, Haunter and Vaporeon.

  • The Last of Us ~ Ellie and Joel

  • Doctor Who ~ University of Gallifrey, Union Jack TARDIS

  • Zombie Genre ~ Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead 2, The Walking Dead, Shaun of The Dead

  • Final Fantasy ~ Cloud and Zack {Crisis Core}, Hope Estheim, Moogle, Pixel Chocobo

  • Harry Potter ~ Marauders Quote, Remus Lupin, Luna Lovegood

I'm so excited right now!

I have been dying to grab a whole bunch of these shirts as I'm honestly sick and tired of my plain ones, I have a few gaming shirts but not many and I just gathered up the right amount of money to get all of these and a few other items { x rated yaoi doujinshis (>‿◠)✌ }.

I swear sometimes I just pay attention to the most random things out there, I mean I spent about two and a half hours watching my sister try to straighten her hair and I found it hilarious as her hair would then just spring back up into a huge arse curl. I also managed to find it entertaining watching my dog try to walk and scratch at the same time and then just end up falling over.

But then again, I also found that I have some fucking weird turn ons, seriously I looked through the types of fanfictions I read and had favourited and about 99% of them contain the most violent shit or they're just bloody disturbing.
But I now don't care as I'm about to ram an axe into a zombies skull.

Ripper Street came back on Monday and I thought I was going to have a bloody heart attack because I was so excited to see this fucking awesome series return! And it's just as wonderful as it was in the first series; I have honestly been so anxious because my other crime based programs have either just ended their newest series or they're holding out on a release date and decide to give it to America first.

I am talking about the wonderful Whitechapel that's on ITV.

And, of course, BBC Sherlock.

However I do have both on DVD and BluRay haha So I've been binging on both of these shows...totally not...being captivated by particular actors.

Being a hug Doctor Who fan since I was a kid I have been taken with every regeneration of the Doctor and loved almost every companion. I am so looking forward to the 50th anniversary, so much so that I actually wore my TARDIS dressing gown all day for about...uh two weeks heh And I've been re-watching some classic Doctor Who {the Seventh regeneration with Ace in particular}.
Just. Basically. I'm having a lot of tv feels.
